Jaxs was believed to be sighted on Arnold rd and Clinton Allen rd this morning. I drove around but didnt see anything. Spoke to a neighbor near that corner and he is keeping an eye out. Lots of huge properties and fields and woods in yhat area to cover. If anyone is in the area please look and show his picture to anyone outside. Catching him before July 4th night is imperative.
