Pet Description:

Black and Tan chihuahua with alittle bit of grey around the face. Taller legs than your usual chihuahua. Brown eyes. He had a blue/ Aqua colored collar on. Possible case of a hit and run according to a neighbor however, his body has not been recovered if this is the case. Legal action will be made if necessary. If you walk up to him slowly, he might roll over on his back. He does bark a lot at strangers but will not harm.
