Pet Description:

Panda is a white with black markings, female chihuahua. She normally is a barker, but when in an unfamiliar place she is quiet and shy. She is just about 3 years old. She is a companion animal to my teen daughter who is just devastated. She is spayed and has a green line tattoo on her belly. She had a black collar on, but it did not have her tags. She is an escape artist and will get out of just about any yard. Panda is micro chipped, but she has not yet been scanned anywhere. Please help u
