Pet Description:

Sam is our escape artist. He is a blonde and short haired lab/pitt/mutt mix. He has several scar spots (he was a rescue), namely on his head bw his ears. He is skittish and afraid of people, but is not aggressive. He has been missing from our yard in Indian Springs since Monday, July 30,2018. He is/was wearing TWO collars...both are in picture, one regular collar and one shock collar.
