Axel is chipped. He is an older dog with a stiff back right leg upon rising. He has a lump on the top of his head and he is an absolute sweetheart. He went outside to go potty Sat. night. The neighbors set off fireworks while he was outside and Axel got frightened, ran and has not returned home. His little three year old is heart broken.
