Pet Description:

Phoebe is a 2 year old tabby cat and is microchipped and collarless. She has a tanish grayish base color with black stripes and swirls all over her body. She is mostly black due to these swirls and has a small white circle of fur on her chest. Phoebe also has small black spots on her belly. She is kind of skiddish to new people so approach slowly with food since she’s a big foodie. Please help me reunite with my baby!!
