FOUND : June 11, 2018 around 7pmFound this baby on Three Notch Rd and Emerald Dr. Near the Assisted Living Facility. He was running in the pouring rain and was soaked. He ran towards every car coming which makes me think he was really lost and he ran to me as well.He was very scared and shaking. We tried to find the owners house to house for 2 hours with no luck, then had him scanned at Rehm for a microchip, he has none. He is very safe and content, but really needs his family, he's missing them
