My little guy Teddy snuck out of the house the evening of Sunday, 2/18/2018. We searched around our neighborhood for a few hours, but it became difficult after it got dark. We reported him lost to animal control, posted his information to Facebook, and put out the alert on Smart Tag (microchip registration) to get the word out. This morning, at approximately 9:00 AM (AZ time), I went online and searched the internet for other places to post the information and came across LostMyDoggie.com. I immediately posted his information and a photo. At 11:22 AM, I received a call from the Foothills Animal Hospital about my lost dog. They asked me to verify his microchip number to confirm that they had the right dog, and it was my Teddy. When we picked him up, the front desk assistant handed me the fax alert that they received from LostMyDoggie.com. I am so thankful that I came across this site. Due to the alert they sent out immediately to the local vets, and the good Samaritan that picked him up last night, my Teddy is home. Thank you!
