Pet Description:

Found a small, white dog running from cars across from the Cathedral City Post Office. She was wearing a red/pink collar with bows and bells, no tags. She was matted and had lots fleas, but doesn't look overly skinny, so not sure how long she may have been missing. A toe on her back foot is injured. She's been cleaned up, very friendly but a little scared. She looks pretty young.
