We were at the river, shit creak, he wasn't wearing his collar or shirt so he's completely bare. He's a barker if you try to walk up to him but he will not bite. Long nails hasn't been groomed in a while. Has a big brown funny spot on his back. Just turned 3, tiny only weighs 9 pounds.
