I am Bonnie, a supporter of "Bring Mabel Home" I wanted to share this message from her owner Brook. $3500 reward to anyone with information that leads to Mabel's safe return, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!! On August 14, 2012, while passing through Youngstown, OH, our van was broken into behind the Bob Evans restaurant on Belmont Ave. Several items were stolen but, more importantly, our English Bulldog, Mabel, has been missing ever since. As you can see from the picture, she is brindle & white and will be 3 on October 16th. She is spayed and answers to the names Mabel, Mabel Moo, Moo Shoes, and Mooshimus (and probably any other variation you can come up with). She was micro-chipped as a puppy and is currently suffering from skin allergies that create hotspots and open lesions on her head, neck, and back. If not treated immediately, these areas quickly become unmanageable. We had just finished a wind project in Ralston, PA and were on our way to Spokane, WA for the next one when this happened. Now we have chosen to stay until we find Mabel and bring her home and our days are filled with passing and hanging flyers, searching unfamiliar areas, and reaching out to anyone who will listen. We are asking everyone to please forward this information to friends and family. Every little contribution can make a huge difference in finding her. She is my daughter's best friend and like a second child to us. Please help us bring her home safely. Thank you so much! *Mabel is micro-chipped but the chips are not GPS capable. MABEL HAS BEEN FOUND!!! She had been stolen from the Youngstown, Ohio area, was transported by the thieves to the Columbus, Ohio area and sold. The person who bought her for $500.00 saw her flyer on Craigslist and contacted her owner. They were reunited last night in Youngstown. She is safe, healthy and home with her family!!
