I found 2 chihuahuas on 07/19/11 running loose on 22nd St by Fredericksburg Apartments (13142 N 22nd St). One is a small 3 to 4 pound black and tan female. The other is an all tan male about 6 to 7 pounds. They are older with some grey around their noses. They look well cared for and act like someone loved them! They are good little dogs. The black female has a camouflage color that has a green petlink tag stating that she has a microchip. My vet couldn't find or get the chip to read. Just in case we checked both dogs for a chip. I have flyered the neighborhood, placed ads in the paper, called the shelters and, ads on craigslist and even had a cop friend check to see if their was an emergency call where they might have gotten loose from.
