Three year old mixed chihuahua pup Jesse decided to take a walk through the neighborhood on 8-8-16 from a property my mother was overseeing while the owners where on family business in another country. After being informed of his disappearance I raced to the property to find him after being told neighbors where pretty sure he was coyote bait because my mom informed me of a fence surrounding the land and he was unlikely to have just wondered off. After about 15 minutes of searching this fence line I found that the re was a picket type fence bordering the neighbors property he had gone under. I searched then through that property up to it's bordering street of El Camino Real an the cross street of Linea Del Cielo in the community of Rancho Santa Fe Ca. 92067. With informing my presence and reason for being there to the homeowners that lived along on El Camino real as I headed south I learned or made an educated guess that was not the direction he was traveling. I was informed of the canyon and it's horse trails that I thought were public property connecting the neighboring houses. Off I went on a hike using what I have learned of any kind of tracking skills to end up being told he had been Sen on LA Madreselva and Las Planideras. After a couple days of my frantic search of the Canyons and properties of the area and sleepless nights of worry my mother received a phone call from a resident who had just saw him at her sliding glass door at 15745 Las planideras. This is a call that was made about an hour after seeing him when the lady realized that maybe that's what all those neon green fliers along the roads where possibly for? So with our flashlights we searched until about 2 AM the next morning. Informing us that we were alright to do so and their assurance that any complaints and or discomforts any of the residents had of us being their would be met with a reassurance of the fact of the matter that they knew we were their and that it's was in fact for a life or death reason. I guess our honesty and heart wrenching situation were not good enough reasons for the residents to allow us invade their privacy because when the local police or I believe Sheriffs were called twice for trespassing the Rancho Santa Fe Security Company informed us we were no longer welcome there and are not to be anywhere in the community other than on the county roads that run trough it. The sickening and worst part of the matter other then seeing how heartless a upper class community guilty of Animal cruelty if not animal murder can be to the lower class is the fact of how corrupt their local authorities are in order to please then. This being said because of the as God as my witness fact that one of our search party members was run out of town like an old western movie and basically told that they would be set up to be arrested by the resident claiming dishonestly that personal belongings had been stolen from his private residence. All that person had to do was to tell us we we not allowed to be on his property and we would not have set foot on it again unless I saw Jesse on his property and then I can say yes I would set foot on again or sprint on I must say dis spite the consequences to save Jesse.
