When on a walk, most dogs (male and female) will "mark" along the path. 
But why is it that male dogs often lift their leg and mark in the house? 
These dogs are neutered, housebroken, know the rules, etc., but insist on
marking when no one's looking, especially if something new is brought into
the home and is set on the floor.  Does anyone know what to do about it?
