My Emily went missing from my Mom's backyard in NE Oklahoma City, OK on 7/3 between 4:00 and 10:00 p.m. She is a white Powderpuff Chinese Created about 7 pounds. Emily is 16 years old and is hard of hearing. She also has a cataract and is blind in her right eye. Emily was recently shaved due to a surgery and has a scar on her right hind leg. Most obvious regarding Emily is that she had lost all but possibly 5 teeth from her radiation treatments. Her collar and tags were left behind and she is not chipped. I am offering a $200.00 reward. The photo is a younger version of Emily. Her hair is thinner and the color is more faded.
