Sasha is a white dog, a female, her hair was kind of long, she walks like a girly girl, when she looks at the person you can clearly see the “white eyeballs” which is weird. Last thing is that when you pick her up, her legs go wide open; she looks like Maltese/poodle. No collar. Several neighbors CONFIRMED that there was a LADY who was driving a GRAY VAN trying to find the owner of the dog on the 23rd of February in the afternoon around 3-4pm.
