Pet Description:

8lb chihuahua. Has hip, leg and dental issues. Had a chip that was connected to the local SPCA but they had NO info on him except his birthday, 11/27/2011. He was also registered with three other rescues and the only information I got from one of them is that his name was, Taz. He seems to be most at home in a crate. He loves to be in the car. He's a little love but mostly when he wants food. He is afraid of other animals. He is high maintenance. He seems like he might really be missing someone
