oliver is light brown/tan with a white patch on his chest and a little white at the tip of his toes. hes a chihuahua mix, so he's a little larger than a full chihuahua but he's still small. he's somewhat skittish and will likely run if you chase him, but he's very friendly and sweet. he is chipped and fixed, though unfortunately his chip wasn't registered until 10/12/2020. I had wrongly thought it was registered already
