STOLEN DOG IN TACOMA. REWARD OFFERED. My beloved 16 year old dog, Buddy, was stolen yesterday near 72nd and Portland Ave in Tacoma. He is a brown, pomeranian/terrier mix, approx 23 lbs. He is almost completely deaf and thus will not respond to his name - he only hears loud, high pitch whistles. He is microchipped - #099858885. He has distinctive ears - one always folded down while the other is usually up (unless he is scared or really happy when both go down).
