Found this very sweet chihuahua. She is very friendly. Took her to my vet to get her scanned for a chip. She is chipped but was not in my vets database so they sent me to 24Petwatch and they also had nothing in their database. 24Petwatch sent me to the Animal Control center and they didn't have her information either. She seems underweight and had fleas which I am treating but i aM sure how owners are looking for her. I have bought her food , bed & blankets. I also bathed her. She is absolutely
