Blingo is 10 years old, about 7-8lbs, neutered male Yorkie. He has ganglion cysts all over him. He is deaf. He will respond to clapping. Please bring my baby home. Someone took Blingo from our house, just outside of surveillance reach on 6/28 at 08:32am. He had ran in the road... but the car could see our house and didn't attempt to return him.
