Pet Description:

We found a dog hanging out around the southeast section of Howe Park on May 19th. He is an intact male, Chihuahua mix, small (12 lbs), timid but friendly. He has no tags and we were unable to locate a microchip. If anyone knows who may be looking for him, let us know.
