Male, microchipped 10 year old sheltie boy wearing a collar with tags, He is not an over-sized Sheltie. Weighs in at about 18 to 20 lbs. He had to have between 10 to 14 teeth pulled at his dental. Patch was lost on September 30th but rescue was not informed until 10/12/2019
