Pet Description:

all black Border Collie mix with white mark on chest. He is probably about 5 years old. Seems like a mellow family dog really sweet. Doesnt appear to be injured but has some sort or rash or maybe chewing himself at his left side belly. Found at Laurel Glen apartments in Ladera Ranch.
