I found this female dog in the middle of Willow Creek Drive in Raleigh. She appears to be an elderly shih tzu that is likely blind and deaf. If you recognize this dog please call 919-201-1949. I did bring her to a vet and she is micro chipped but no name is registered on it. Thanks!
