white frosty face with brown body and big ears. He answers to Noi and is the only thing left in my life. I am disabled and have no family left and he is my baby. He is 13 yo and has cataracts so he does not see well and has liver disease which requires medication daily. He has been without now for 3 days. They say someone in a truck picked him up on Orange Center Blvd @ John Young Parkway. He is a sweet boy and loves people but will get spooked if he has a spell with his cataracts. PLEASE
