Bear should be wearing a small thin red collar. Hes white and stocky like a cairn terrier. His hair is usally really short but hes due for his monthly grooming so hes shaggy now. He doesnt bark amd super friendly. He loves to mark his territory. He is the best friend of an older gentleman who is devastated by his loss.
