This guy was hanging out at the San Joaquin County Behavioral Health Services parking lot on 8/5/19. He was given water and treats. He was thirsty but not hungry. Someone called Animal Services around noon but he was still there around 5 pm. He’s skittish when approached. He’s got a collar but no tags.
