Pet Description:

While walking my dog this morning I saw a white, mixed-breed dog that appeared to lack a leash or collar. The dog's face looked a little like my wife's Havanese, and the animal stood approximately 1 1/2' tall. It was standing in the Warwick Dr. entrance to the Southampton Apartments. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a photo. I did not approach the animal, but I thought I should let someone know that this dog is in the area in case it is someone's lost pet.
