Dog missing in Fishkill. Last seen near rte 9 and Merritt Blvd in Fishkill, NY. She is only 3 years old, she is wearing a pink collar AND dragging a pink leash still attached. Female, 20 lbs. Sad eyes, light cream/beige color. She is extremely friendly, but also very scared. Do not chase. She is a recent rescue from China.
