1 year old, 15 lbs, all white body with a black tail and black splotch on his head. He is wearing a black collar with a bowtie on it. Has been hanging out in thick brush near our apartment. There is a stray that is out there with Louis and we have witnessed him bulling Louis and starting fights, not allowing him to come home.
