Scissors is a 35lb mutt, that we'd best guess is a chow/red heeler mix. he was last seen wearing his grey harness (with bowtie) and his red collar (with tags) two days ago around the second district neighborhood. He's a fairly new rescue to our home and is completely NON aggressive.
