Has distinctive back leg issues - makes it look like he is squatting or going potty all the time and Skips when he walks (hence the name). He even will do a front handstand when he marks/ pees because his front legs are so much stronger. Very friendly and loving but gets sad if away from his owner/ mom for too long.
