Pet Description:

Aprox 11 yrs old he was abandoned by a dumpster around Christmas my friend attempted to locate his owners but to no success. We took him in and fell in love, he is blind out of one eye and can only see shadows out of the other, he not chipped and coughs when he gets too excited. We have asked neighbors, but no one has seen him. We think he walked out of the house while we were bringing in groceries. I believe someone must have picked him up because he never strays far from our yard goes straight
