Pet Description:

Small, black, female dog, possible Chihuahua/Dachshund/terrier mix, likely around 10 years old. Found on (or around) 2/18/19 in Covina at Cypress St. and Citrus Ave. Currently being fostered in Whittier until owner is found. Mostly black with some white. Has salt & paper coloring on face, white on some paws, and white on underside of neck. Was found wearing pink dress.
