His name is Adicus. He's only about 8 pounds, neutered, microchipped, has a docked tail and erect ears. He can be easily confused with a Scottie/Scottish Terrier. Just to be clear, he had a grooming on 1/4/19 so his hair is much shorter. He did not have a skirt at the time he was lost and his beard is shorter.
