Been holding off posting this in hopes he’d come back, but my pup has gone missing. Black head, white body with black spots, little over knee high, mixed breed. His name is Russ, no collar unfortunately. Should be in the Irvington area between One Mile and Dixon Elementary, unless he was picked up. Any information is helpful.
