Chihuahua/Yorkie mix, has big black eyes , curly tail ,on his right he has a floppy ear, has a bad sinus congestion/allergies that make him sneeze and makes noises like a snore, sounds like a horse when he exhales at times, has a scar from doing exploratory surgery on his intestines- on his underbelly -is shaved from the surgery - is growing back but not completely,brown spot on just one or both sides where hid whiskers come out- it may only be one side
