Found this sweet girl tied up by our front door when we got home. Neighbors thought she was ours since we have a male Jack Russell. We live off Andrea blv & Roseville rd. She is female. No collar. She IS chipped, but the owners never registered their information to it. We're not positive, but we don't think she's fixed. Mostly white with a black spot on her right side and a mostly tan/brown head. Probably an older dog as she has some grey in her face as well. She very sweet, giving our 16 month
