Pet Description:

Penny is a 10lb chihuahua/terrier who is Black and Tan. She’s a rescue, wary of strangers and scared of loud noises. While out on a toilet break, she got out of her leash and ran away. As she was at a boarding facility, Penny does not have collar or ID on her. We are worried sick as it’s cold outside. Please help us find her.
