Pet Description:

Our 6.5 month old border collie max somehow got out of our fence 11/29/18 in port orchard. Corner of van decar and spring creek. Our fence doesn’t have holes or breaks so we aren’t sure how he would get out. our other dog Bailey also got out and was luckily picked up by a Good Samaritan and taken to her vet but the woman who picked her up could not get max too. Unfortunately we haven’t had max long enough to get him tags or even an appointment with the vet so we didn’t have any tags for him. I h
