Pet Description:

I found this well-behaved brown and white dog walking along Delridge near the West Seattle Bridge this afternoon around 4pm. She doesn't have any tags but has a Kong brand harness on and was wet like she was playing in the water. I have her and she is safe in my backyard. Please respond so I can return her to her owner!
