Pet Description:

Neighbor found on her front porch, pup was trying to go inside her house. She does not use the internet much so I am the contact. Per finder, dog is very sweet and appears to have been a house dog. Dog is safe until owner located, shelter has been notified, scanned for chip (no chip). Owner must provide proof the dog is his/hers.
