Maddie is 8 months old and neutered. He has a white spot under his neck on his chest and a few white whiskers. He’s a very loved pet from Greeneville and I believe he was a stowaway in a contractor box truck to Kingsport. All I know is he stopped at Arby’s on the way home and at a House very close to there.
