Tan chihuahua/rat terrier mix with black collar and frayed white tag. Name is Milo and will perk up hears when hears name. Roll on back when go to pet. Very friendly. Van door accidentally didn’t close at parking lot of Doubel Dave’s pizza and little guy snuck out. Local clinic staff there saw him following people. No microchip or tags.
