Thanks to the help of all of my neighbors and the Garland Animal Control, he was dropped off this evening via Uber a.k.a. the Garland Animal Control to my front door around 7:30PM this evening. Someone had seen him running on a bridge not to far from here and called animal control. The service gentleman that came and dropped him off had said the whole fleet had been looking for him due to my constant posts, phone calls and daily visits. They all knew how determined we were to find him and when they heard Great Pyrenees over the radio, the gentleman had a feeling it was mine. He said he normally works the day shift, but needed to see if this one pup was mine, and it was. Since my fliers and FB posts were all over the place, he swung by our home and asked if we could take a look at the GP he had just picked up. I flew out the front door, was shaking while he opened up the back cargo holder and immediately knew it was Thor. He had the same markings on his nose and one look in his eyes, I knew it was him. I started screaming, my son comes running outside, I'm crying while on the ground with Thor just hugging him so hard. Then I jumped up and still crying, threw myself in the arms of the animal control guy, I would have kissed him had the Mr. not been standing right there. I am one happy mama. He's limping a bit and lost some weight, he's currently being brushed and about to take a bath, but I wanted to let you know that he is home and safe. A visit to the vet, a chip and a collar with his information is the 1st thing on tomorrow's agenda. I couldn't have done it without any of you and all of your prayers. I love each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you so much!
