Pet Description:

10 pound fixed male with a Black Collar and dragging a pink lease. He wiggled free from my grasp in front of Millville vet. He is very skiddish. I saw him cross highway 44 onto the large ranch just south of the highway. He takes a long time to earn trust and is very timid. He has his rabies and other shots too.
