A lost dog sighted in Redmond, Education Hill neighborhood on 10/31 around 1:15pm. He seems friendly, there are have some stretches and injuries on right hind leg. No tags or collar on him, he walked away after saying hi to me. Please share the photos if you know anyone on the Eastside lost a dog similar to this one.
