I have 2 miniature Shelties that were rescued after my friend took a woman in due to the flood. She discovered the woman was an animal hoarder. She had dogs that did not belong to her and some were just strays. Two of the 20 dogs were returned to their rightful owner, but I am trying to see if anyone has been missing 2 Shelties.
